1Sempra indirectly owns an 80.25% interest in Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC (Oncor) and accounts for Oncor as an equity method investment due to certain ring-fencing measures, governance mechanisms and commitments that limit Sempra's ability to direct management, policies and operations of Oncor. Sempra also indirectly owns a 50% interest in Sharyland Utilities L.L.C.
