As Sempra advances its mission to build America’s leading utility growth business, it is guided by a strong commitment to the people and communities it serves. That commitment was on display recently as employees volunteered at the USS Midway Museum, continuing an established tradition of hands-on support for one of San Diego’s most iconic landmarks.
The museum showcases the USS Midway, the longest-serving U.S. aircraft carrier of the 20th century, offering visitors an immersive look at naval aviation history.
Ahead of Memorial Day weekend—one of the Midway’s busiest and most meaningful times of year—employees helped clean and preserve the historic aircraft carrier, preparing it to welcome thousands of visitors who come to honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice to the nation.
