As the nation's largest natural gas distribution utility, SoCalGas has served Central and Southern California over the past 150 years. SoCalGas delivers safe and reliable energy to approximately 21.3 million consumers across approximately 24,000 square miles.*
SoCalGas strives to improve the quality of life in its communities by working with suppliers that represent and reflect the communities it serves and giving back through charitable contributions and employee volunteer activities. SoCalGas helps support energy affordability by leveraging its natural gas storage system to manage supply during peak demand periods, helping avoid higher energy costs for customers.
