As chairman of the board of directors, chief executive officer and president of Sempra, Jeffrey Martin leads a Fortune 500 utility company with over $60 billion in market capitalization and nearly $110 billion in assets. Under his leadership, Sempra is advancing its mission to build America's leading utility growth business, guided by disciplined decision-making, strategic investments and a commitment to responsible business practices. As CEO, Martin oversees a $65 billion capital campaign, the largest in the company’s history, and leads a team of roughly 20,000 employees, serving the daily energy needs of more Americans than any other U.S. company. 

Prior to becoming CEO, Martin served as executive vice president and chief financial officer for Sempra. He also previously served as CEO of San Diego Gas & Electric Company, one of Sempra’s California utilities, and president and CEO of Sempra U.S. Gas & Power and Sempra Generation.

Karen Sedgwick is executive vice president and chief financial officer of Sempra, where she leads several corporate functions, including accounting, treasury, tax, finance and investor relations. Over the last 32 years, Sedgwick has held many leadership roles at the company, including chief administrative officer, chief human resources officer and treasurer. She has also served in financial planning, investor relations, audit services and enterprise risk management roles.

Lisa Larroque Alexander is senior vice president of corporate affairs and chief human resources officer of Sempra. In her corporate affairs role, she oversees public policy and stakeholder engagement. As chief human resources officer, Alexander oversees all human resources functions at Sempra, cultivating the company’s high-performance culture.

Louise Bick is vice president, investor relations of Sempra where she is responsible for planning and directing all aspects of investor relations, shareholder relations and marketing initiatives. In her time with the family of companies, Bick has held a variety of leadership roles in finance.

Diana Day is chief legal counsel, chief risk officer and corporate secretary of Sempra, overseeing legal affairs and governance. With more than 25 years at Sempra, Day brings deep expertise in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, risk management and governance, and has held multiple leadership roles across the Sempra family of companies.

Glen Donovan is senior vice president, finance of Sempra, where is he responsible for treasury, rating agency and capital markets activities. Leveraging his broad business experience, Donovan engages and communicates with the investment and financial communities about Sempra’s disciplined focus on delivering long-term sustainable value. In his time with the family of companies, he has served in several senior leadership positions.

Joy Gao is vice president of audit services and insurance of Sempra, overseeing internal audit responsibilities. Gao also provides stewardship and effective oversight of Sempra’s extensive insurance portfolio. Previously, Gao was the vice president of risk management where she oversaw the company’s risk management, insurance, corporate security, cybersecurity, and pension and trust investments.

Toby Jack is vice president, tax and chief tax counsel of Sempra, overseeing the company’s worldwide tax activities. He has been with the company for more than 10 years and has held a variety of leadership positions internally and with industry trade associations. Jack possesses a wealth of tax and business expertise and uses it to help maximize value for the organization’s stakeholders.

Sandeep Mor is senior vice president, corporate development of Sempra. He is responsible for Sempra’s long-term strategy and corporate development functions. Mor actively collaborates with Sempra’s business platforms in support of their growth strategy and M&A activities. He previously held several leadership positions in corporate development and mergers and acquisitions for Sempra and served in a variety of other roles in finance and operations functions for the Sempra family of companies.
