Sempra Texas includes Oncor, a regulated electric transmission and distribution utility headquartered in Dallas that delivers reliable electricity to a diverse set of business industries and a growing population of approximately 14 million. With more than 145,000 circuit miles of transmission and distribution lines, Sempra Texas is the largest pure-play transmission and distribution platform in Texas, safely connecting communities across the state to Texas' diverse energy supplies.

Sempra California is a dual-utility platform that provides safe, reliable and more affordable energy to roughly 25 million consumers in Southern and Central California. With a focus on grid resiliency, energy affordability and delivering on the state’s clean energy goals, Sempra California is taking deliberate steps to meet the changing energy needs. California is known for advancing innovation and new technologies, a spirit embraced by our California utilities that are investing in cleaner sources of energy, battery storage, predictive technologies and other tools designed to reduce the impact of severe weather events and help protect the safety of the communities served.
