Donald E. Felsinger

Donald E. Felsinger has been a director since 2004. He is the executive chairman of Sempra Energy. He is also a director of Archer-Daniels-Midland Company and Northrop Grumman Corp.

Debra L. Reed

Debra L. Reed became a director in 2011. She is the chief executive officer of Sempra Energy. She is also a director of Halliburton Co.

Reed is chair of Sempra Energy's Executive committee.

Alan L. Boeckmann

Alan L. Boeckmann has been a director since 2011. In 2012 he retired as the non-executive chairman of the board of directors for Fluor Corp. From 2002 to 2011, he had been Flour's chairman and chief executive officer. Prior to that, Boeckmann held several senior management and operating positions at Fluor. He is also a director of Archer-Daniels-Midland Company and the chairman of the board of directors of the Hearing and Speech Foundation.

Boeckmann serves on Sempra Energy's Compensation and Corporate Governance committees.

James G. Brocksmith Jr.

James G. Brocksmith Jr. has been a director since 2001. He is an independent financial consultant and the former deputy chairman and chief operating officer for the U.S. operations of KPMG Peat Marwick LLP. He is a director of AAR Corp.

Brocksmith serves on Sempra Energy's Corporate Governance and Executive committees, and is chairman of the Audit committee.

Wilford D. Godbold Jr.

Wilford D. Godbold Jr. has been a director since 1990. He is the retired president and chief executive officer of ZERO Corp., an international manufacturer primarily of enclosures and thermal-management equipment for the electronics market. He is a director emeritus of The Cancer Support Community (formerly The Wellness Community), a past president of the board of trustees of Marlborough School and a past chairman of the board of directors of the California Chamber of Commerce and The Employers Group.

Godbold serves on Sempra Energy's Audit and Environmental and Technology committees.

William D. Jones

William D. Jones has been a director since 1994. He is the president and chief executive officer and a director of CityLink Investment Corp. and City Scene Management Co. From 1989 to 1993, he served as general manager/senior asset manager, and investment manager with certain real estate subsidiaries of The Prudential. Prior to joining The Prudential, he served as a San Diego City Council member from 1982 to 1987. Jones is a director of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, the San Diego Padres baseball club and certain funds under management by Capital Research and Management Company. He is also a trustee of the Francis Parker School. He is a former director of The Price Real Estate Investment Trust and former chairman of the board of the Los Angeles branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.

Jones serves on Sempra Energy's Audit and Environmental and Technology committees.

William G. Ouchi, Ph.D

William G. Ouchi, Ph.D., has been a director since 1998. He is the Sanford and Betty Sigoloff distinguished professor in corporate renewal in the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA. He is a director of AECOM Technology Corp, The Alliance for College Ready Public Schools, The California Heart Center Foundation, The Japanese American National Museum, and The Conrad N. Hilton Foundation.

Ouchi serves on Sempra Energy's Compensation and Executive committees, and is chairman of the Corporate Governance committee.

Carlos Ruiz

Carlos Ruiz, became a director in 2007. He is a partner of Proyectos Estratégicos Integrales, a Mexican developing and financing company that provides comprehensive financial advisory and investment banking services to the private and public sectors, mainly in energy, infrastructure, transportation and communications. He is also a director of Southern Copper Corporation, an integrated copper producer in Peru and Mexico; OHL Concesiones Mexico (an investor, operator and developer of infrastructure projects); Constructora y Perforadora La Latina, a Mexican geothermal exploration and drilling company; and Banco Ve por Más (a Mexican bank).

Ruiz serves on Sempra Energy's Audit and Environmental and Technology committees.

William C. Rusnack

William C. Rusnack has been a director since 2001. He was the president and chief executive officer and a director of Premcor Inc. from 1998 to 2002. Prior to 1998, he was an executive of Atlantic Richfield Co. He is also a director of Flowserve, Peabody Energy and Solutia Inc. He is a member of the Dean's Advisory Council of the Graduate School of Business at the University of Chicago and the National Council of the Olin School of Business at the Washington University in St. Louis.

Rusnack serves on Sempra Energy's Corporate Governance and Executive committees, and is chairman of the Compensation committee.

William P. Rutledge

William P. Rutledge has been a director since 2001. He was chairman of CPI International, Inc. (formerly Communications and Power Industries) from 1999 to 2004. Prior to 1998, he was the president and chief executive officer of Allegheny Teledyne. He is also a director of AECOM Technology Corp. He is a trustee emeritus of Lafayette College, a trustee of St. John's Health Center Foundation and the National World War II Museum, and a director of the John Wayne Cancer Institute and the Los Angeles World Affairs Council.

Rutledge serves on Sempra Energy's Compensation and Executive committees, and is chairman of the Environmental and Technology committee.

Lynn Schenk

Schenk has been a director since 2008. Schenk is currently an attorney in private practice and has broad experience in public service as a former U.S. congresswoman, California’s secretary of business, transportation and housing, and chief of staff to former Calif. Gov. Gray Davis. A practicing attorney for 35 years, Schenk also is a director of Biogen Idec, a trustee of The Scripps Research Institute, the vice chair and a member of the California High Speed Rail Authority and a member of the University of San Diego School of Law, Board of Visitors.

Schenk serves on Sempra Energy's Audit and Environmental and Technology committees.

Luis Téllez

Luis Téllez has been a director since 2010. He currently serves as chairman of the board and chief executive officer of the Mexican Stock Exchange. He has broad experience in public service in Mexico, having served in several cabinet positions in the administrations of President Felipe Calderon and former President Ernesto Zedillo. Under President Zedillo, Téllez served as Secretary of Energy. Téllez previously was a member of Sempra Energy's board of directors during 2006, before he was appointed by President Calderon to serve as Mexico's Secretary of Communications and Transportation, a post he held until 2010.

Dr. Téllez serves on Sempra Energy's Compensation and Corporate Governance committees
