Debra L. Reed

Debra L. Reed became a director in 2011. She is the chairman, president and chief executive officer of Sempra Energy. She is also a director of Halliburton Co. and Caterpillar Inc.

Reed is chair of Sempra Energy's Executive committee.

Alan L. Boeckmann

Alan L. Boeckmann has been a director since 2011. In 2012 he retired as the non-executive chairman of the board of directors for Fluor Corp. From 2002 to 2011, he had been Fluor's chairman and chief executive officer. He is also a director of Archer-Daniels-Midland Company and BP Energy plc.

Boeckmann serves on Sempra Energy's Compensation and Corporate Governance committees.

Kathleen L. Brown

Kathleen L. Brown has been a director since June 2013. She is a partner at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP. Her experience includes 18 years as a senior executive in the financial sector and 16 years of service in the public sector, including a term as California’s state treasurer. Prior to joining Sempra Energy’s board, Brown worked 12 years in leadership positions at Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., a global investment banking and securities firm. She is a director of Stifel Financial Corp. and the National Park Foundation.

Brown serves on Sempra Energy's Corporate Governance and Environmental, Health, Safety and Technology committees.

Andrés Conesa

Andrés Conesa was appointed director in February 2017. He has been the Chief Executive Officer of Grupo Aeromexico since 2005. He has been a member of the Board of Governors of the International Air Transport Association since 2008 and served as its Chairman during the 2015 term. Dr. Conesa is a former director of Infraestructura Energetica Nova S.A.B. de C.V.

Conesa serves on Sempra Energy’s Audit committee.

Maria Contreras-Sweet

Maria Contreras-Sweet was appointed director in March 2017. She was the Administrator of the U.S. Small Business Administration and a member of President Obama’s cabinet from April 7, 2014 to January 20, 2017. She was a founder of ProAmerica Bank where she served as Executive Chairwoman from 2006 to 2014. Contreras-Sweet was Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Fortius Holdings from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, she served as the California cabinet Secretary of the Business, Transportation and Housing Agency from 1999 to 2003. She was appointed chair to the finance committee of CA-ISO (California Independent System Operator) to help solve California’s 2000-2001 energy crisis.

Contreras-Sweet serves on Sempra Energy’s Audit committee.

Pablo A. Ferrero

Pablo A. Ferrero has been a director since November 2013. He is the former chief executive officer of Transportadora de Gas del Sur S.A. His experience includes more than 20 years in the energy industry, including director and senior management positions with major South American energy companies. Ferrero has served as director and chairman of the board of several energy companies and industry-related boards. He is a director of Metrogas SA.

Ferrero serves on Sempra Energy’s Audit and Corporate Governance committees.

William D. Jones

William D. Jones has been a director since 1994. He is the president and chief executive officer and a director of CityLink Investment Corp. and City Scene Management Co.

Jones serves on Sempra Energy's Compensation and Executive committees, and is chair of the Corporate Governance committee.

Bethany J. Mayer

Bethany J. Mayer was appointed director in February 2017. Since September 2014, she has been the President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of Ixia, a provider of testing, visibility and security solutions for physical and virtual networks.

Mayer serves on Sempra Energy’s Environmental, Health, Safety and Technology committee.

William G. Ouchi, Ph.D

William G. Ouchi, Ph.D., has been a director since 1998. He is Co-Director of the Health Innovations Board, Associate Director of the Clinical and Translational Science Institute and Distinguished Professor emeritus of the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine and the former Sanford and Betty Sigoloff distinguished professor in corporate renewal in the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA. He is a director of The Alliance for College Ready Public Schools, The Conrad N. Hilton Foundation and the Westwood Technology Transfer.

Ouchi serves on Sempra Energy's Audit and Compensation committees.

William C. Rusnack

William C. Rusnack has been a director since 2001. He was the president and chief executive officer and a director of Premcor Inc. from 1998 to 2002. Prior to 1998, he was an executive of Atlantic Richfield Co. He is also a director of Flowserve and Peabody Energy. He is a member of the Dean's Advisory Council of the Graduate School of Business at the University of Chicago and the National Council of the Olin School of Business at the Washington University in St. Louis.

Rusnack serves on Sempra Energy's Corporate Governance and Executive committees, and is chair of the Compensation committee.

Lynn Schenk

Lynn Schenk has been a director since 2008. Schenk is an attorney in private practice. She served as chief of staff to the Governor of California from 1999 to 2003 and was elected to the U.S. House of Representatives representing San Diego, California from 1993 to 1995, serving on the House Energy and Commerce Committee. Schenk is a director of Biogen Idec, a trustee of The Scripps Research Institute, a member of the California High Speed Rail Authority, a trustee of the University of California San Diego Foundation and a member of the University of San Diego School of Law, Board of Visitors.

Schenk serves on Sempra Energy's Compensation and Executive committees and is chair of the Environmental, Health, Safety and Technology committee.

Jack T. Taylor

Jack T. Taylor has been a director since February 2013. He was the chief operating officer-Americas and Executive Vice Chair of U.S. Operations for KPMG LLP from 2005 to 2010. From 2001 to 2005 he served as the Vice Chairman of U.S. Audit and Risk Advisory Services for KPMG. Mr. Taylor is a director of Genesis Energy, L.P. and Murphy USA Inc.

Taylor serves on Sempra Energy's Environmental, Health, Safety and Technology and Executive committees and is chair of the Audit committee.

James C. Yardley

James C. Yardley has been a director since May 2013. He was executive vice president of El Paso Corporation and president of its pipeline group from 2006 to 2012. Yardley was also president and chief executive officer of El Paso Pipeline GP Company LLC, the general partner of El Paso Pipeline Partners, L.P. from 2007 to 2012. He is a director of the National Forest Foundation.

Yardley serves on Sempra Energy's Audit and Environmental, Health, Safety and Technology committees.
