Equal Employment Compliance
The Office of Diversity and Inclusion creates and maintains formal Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) plans and activities that support the Corporate Diversity Initiative, in compliance with federal and state laws.
We also provide diversity and other training to ensure a workplace where all can succeed.
When needed, we investigate EEO complaints and problems. We find the causes, find proper remedies and apply corrective action.
We believe diversity includes human diversity, cultural diversity and systems diversity.
