  • Developing Sempra Energy's official diversity policies. Discrimination and Harassment Free Workplace Policy
  • Covering diversity regularly and often in the company's intranet, news and other publications.
  • Ensuring diversity information is available and up to date on Sempra Energy's website.
  • Training experienced professionals to clearly and concisely publicize the company's diversity message internally and externally.
  • Including performance checks in yearly employee appraisals.
  • Honoring employees who "champion" diversity and supplier diversity.
  • Celebrating diversity.
